So here’s a nice thing I’ve noticed… I no longer really crave sweet things. If I’m given something sweet then I have a little and put the rest away. I have an entire bag of reeses peanut butter cups next to me and I only ate four of them. This makes me happy. My next addiction to tackle… SALTY. I’m awful with salty foods, I cannot control myself…yet.
