Anonymous asked: i am one pound away from reaching my goal weight of 115 and 5 pounds away from my ultimate goal weight of 110. i know i'm so close and it won't take much to lose one more pound, but when it happens i'm worried that i'll reward myself too heavily and ruin the progress i worked so hard to achieve. how can i avoid splurging and becoming too complacent?
