Mocha Pumpkin Spice - Vegan Protein Shake

Whipped this up after a 5 mile run + 1.5 mile walk and I’ll soon be heading to yoga!

Blend the following ingredients in a blender. 

  • 1/2 scoop unsweetened vanilla soy protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
  • 1 Tbsp soy vanilla creamer
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee (Nescafé works well)
  • 1/2 cup natural, canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Nutrition:
260 cal
8 g fat
19 g protein
51 g Calcium
26 g Iron
203 g Potassium

If I make this, it’ll be decaf.
