Mocha Pumpkin Spice - Vegan Protein Shake
Whipped this up after a 5 mile run + 1.5 mile walk and I’ll soon be heading to yoga!
Blend the following ingredients in a blender.
- 1/2 scoop unsweetened vanilla soy protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 1 Tbsp soy vanilla creamer
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee (Nescafé works well)
- 1/2 cup natural, canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
