I agree with mostly everything aside from adding sugar to the apples and eating the banana before it has ripened completely. Bananas that aren’t ripe are good BUT when a banana is fully ripe it’s sweeter and you get ALL of the nutritional benefits of the banana. Nothin like those good ole brown spots!
