Workout

  • Stairmaster 30 minutes
  • Treadmill (1 mile)
  • Rowing (15 minutes)
  • Random Abs workout
  • Leg Machines

Post-workout plan:

  • stretching
  • protein shake
  • tanning
  • shower

So ready to hit the gym and do work. :)
