What are your favorite fitness apps for iphones?

Free or paid. Popular or unpopular. I’m dying to try out some new ones!

modernageviking: Dont reblog this, please. You have a group of navy seals who follow your blog (haha either be exicited or dont). The fact of the matter is, I can post a million pictures of dudes who have shoulder/biceps/chests/veins that I don't have. But at the end of the day, it would only make me feel like shit when I look in the mirror. I know you have goals, but don't set unrealistic ones. I'm not telling you what to do, but a vegetarian diet isnt practical, and more than anything,

Hahaha, holy shit. Who do you think you are? I am literally astonished at this message. So I am going to address this message in two parts…

1) I do not have unrealistic goals. My goals are perfectly reachable, and I take things day by day as to not let myself down. I post pictures of other people because it inspires me to work harder, not because I want to feel like shit at the end of the day.

2) Please explain to me how a vegetarian diet isn’t practical? And don’t say “you’re not getting enough protein and nutrients” because clearly if that is your only argument you have done no research on vegetarian/vegan diets. I get the right amount of protein through other sources like beans, cheese, lentils, soy, and many other products. A vegetarian diet can help protect you from heart disease, cancer, and can help lower blood pressure. You get the same amount of nutrients from eating vegetables as you do from eating meat. I do not miss eating meat, I have been a vegetarian for 10 years because I would rather not kill animals. I don’t go around shoving my beliefs in your face, so please don’t do it to me. Also, if you’re trying to make an argument or state “facts” please do some research. You’re not a doctor, or a nutritionist. Many doctors fully support vegetarian and vegan diets.

Oh and for those of you who are interested you can see this mans nice “rant” about vegetarians and how we’re all trying to be Kate Moss and waste away to nothing.

Your argument is invalid until you do some real research about this. Have a nice day bigot sir.

If you don’t agree with something someone says/does/posts then simply unfollow, no one is forcing you to follow this blog.

fitbxtch:

I find Slim in 6 to be a painfully boring, mind numbing workout. However, this 10 minute video, Slim & 6-Pack is a wonderful ab routine. I did it daily a few years ago and saw results immediately. I’m going to do it 6 days a week for the next 6 weeks. Care to join me?

I agree with Slim In 6 being really boring, but it really does work wonderfully.
