I find Slim in 6 to be a painfully boring, mind numbing workout. However, this 10 minute video, Slim & 6-Pack is a wonderful ab routine. I did it daily a few years ago and saw results immediately. I’m going to do it 6 days a week for the next 6 weeks. Care to join me?

16 rounds 10/50s
1. Prisoner squat & kick out - 21, 21
2. Push ups - 19, 19
3. Front kicks - 44, 40
4 Burpees - 12, 13
5. Side skating - 39, 40
6. Mountain climbers - 83, 80
7. Leg lifts - 40, 44
8. Low jacks - 50, 50After finish it do 1 minute plank. So 17 minutes total. Get ready to sweat!
