I need to keep reminding myself in these next couple days that I do deserve to be healthy and happy. Lately I’ve been having really bad body image issues, but I’m going to try really hard to stick with health.
WHY IS MY BODY TRYING TO SABOTAGE ME?!
I feel like for the past 3 months I have either been injured or sick. I’ll have maybe a few good days in between but it’s either my back is hurting or I’m ill. I’m really over it. Right now I have a stupid cold and I’m hoping that in a few days I’ll be back to normal and able to hit the gym.
Going vegan
I think I’m going to make the big switch. I’ve been a vegetarian ever since I met this one little pig at a 4H fair when I was 9. I’ve dabbled about in veganism, spent a few months to a year being vegan, and I just think that I might as well go fully vegan. I rarely eat dairy or eggs as it is so it makes sense to fully make the switch. There’s no saying if I’ll stick with it but I’m going to try hard!
Dear lord, I am so incredibly exhausted. I could say I don’t know why but I do, it’s because of work, and on top of it I freaked out last night and abused laxatives. That lead to me waking up a ton. But I’m forcing myself to do yoga because I know it will make me feel a lot better.
My personal challenges for December
1. The Squat Challenge (I did not create this but I’d love to follow it!)
2. Phase 1 of the One Hundred Pushups challenge
3. Slim in 6pack DVD 5 times a week!
Make December a good month
I pledge to make December a good month, because this month I will not limit myself with how many fruit and veggies I can have. I will not count calories that are beneficial for me and my health. I will not starve myself and in turn I will not binge. I will fuel my body with whole foods and exercise regularly. I will lose more weight and jump over this plateau!
Starting weight for the month is 153lbs.
Tonights workout

20 minutes elliptical (running 8.6 minute miles, resistance between 0 and 5)
