.:Maple Coconut Almond Butter:.

uplifted-vibrations:

I made a very bold claim about planning on naming myself the Ben & Jerry’s of nut butters when I first made Honey Almond Butter. While I am aware I am at the very beginning stages this recipe is sure to excite your taste buds! I am in love and it’s super healthy too!

.:You Will Need:.

3 Cups Roasted Almonds (no salt)

1 Tbl Coconut Oil

3 Tbl Organic Maple Syrup

3 Tbl Unsweetened Shredded Dried Coconut

.:Directions:.

Put your almonds in a food processor and grind them up. You will see the almonds chop, crumble and slowly start to become creamy.

Add the coconut oil and maple syrup as the almonds take a creamy form.

Once everything is blended well add the shredded coconut and get to blending again!

Keep chopping until you have reached a desired texture. Now fill your jar!

& Enjoy! I had mine on toast for breakfast this morning! So delicious. I dare you to not be tempted to eat it straight from the jar. ☺
